In addition to leadership, the Business Analysis Manager will use data to form business insights and recommend changes to technology, processes, organisational structures, or staff development. They facilitate communication between the business and its technology to enhance system quality, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
This highly visible and collaborative role is focused on increasing efficiency and reducing costs so naturally, business analytics has become an important component of their operations. Needless to say, we recognise the need for excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
The Business Analysis Manager often works with project teams, monitoring the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; and also providing regular updates on deliverables, timelines and project status to senior management and project management. They are responsible for ensuring all business analysis and quality assurance resources comply with time reporting and other mandated organisational and corporate policies.
